1. Meet with Albertson Construction to outline what you want your house to be like and determine how that will work with your budget.
2. Preparing your property for building. If you don't have a lot yet, we can help you find one and we will obtain the necessary permits to build.
3. We'll provide you with a detailed estimate before we start building; we don't want our clients to be surprised by any bills.
4. Construction begins with pouring a foundation and framing.
5. During the construction process, you can focus on finalizing details and preparing to move as Albertson Construction carefully manages the rest for you.
6. When your custom home is complete, we'll hand over the keys and you'll get to move in.
