About us
Parker Albertson, general contractor in Middleton
A family construction company, founded in Middleton, Idaho in 2018, building custom homes across the Treasure Valley.
Parker Albertson has been around construction for most of his life. His interest in building sparked while working at Nampa Floors and Interiors, where he came to enjoy interior design but wanted to be involved in every part of construction. More recently he helped build his parents’ new home from the ground up, and that experience is what made him decide to focus his career on custom homes.
He and his wife founded this Middleton, Idaho construction company in 2018. Parker is a general contractor, and the business takes on a variety of work including framing and remodeling alongside its main focus of building custom homes. His passion, his building experience and the eye for finishes he developed working in flooring and interiors give the work an edge in a competitive industry, in one of the fastest-growing regions of the country.
Parker is an easy person to get hold of. He makes a point of answering his phone and returning messages quickly, and he is patient, genuine and tactful, always willing to take the time to answer questions and concerns. Often, when you are Parker’s customer, you feel like you have hired a trusted friend to build your home.
A family construction company
Parker works with a regular team and trusted subcontractors for the work his team doesn’t do themselves. Supporting his family is why he goes to work every day.
Because this is a family business, and because Parker is a family man, Take Your Child to Work Day comes often. Several times a week he brings one of his children along, keeping that relationship close while teaching them the value of hard work and how to talk with people. There is time to play, safely away from the work zones, and time to spend with their dad.
Honesty is our signature
Often relaxed and easygoing, Parker is serious about three things: his family, God, and work. The company’s core values come from his faith, and the guiding principle is honesty. We speak and act with honesty and integrity, and aim to be a construction company you can always trust.
We aim to build the highest quality home at the best possible price for every client. Alongside custom homes and remodels and additions, we also pour concrete, install siding and frame new construction.
