1.Planning and Design:
This step is necessary for defining your goals for the space, whether its function, aesthetics, or expansion. It is also the time to set a budget with a contingency fund for unforeseen circumstances.

The exciting time of clearing out old deteriorating components and preparing the area for the new design starts on demolition day.
4. Structural Changes & Framing:
This is the point in the renovation that includes structural modifications like taking out walls and adjusting the room layout. It is also the time to construct new walls and install framing to support the changes.
5. Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC:

6. Drywall Installation:
Drywall is applied to the newly framed walls and ceilings. The process includes mud, tape, and texture.
