Structural modifications like removing walls and adjusting the layout, then framing to support the changes.

Mechanical, electrical & plumbing
Updating or rerouting wiring, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing to suit the new plan.

Drywall
Drywall goes up on the newly framed walls and ceilings, including mud, tape and texture.

Flooring & finishes
New flooring, paint, trim, lighting, switches and outlets.
